We were very disappointed with the quality of our food delivery. My wife and I both had a starter and a mains. My starter was tempura prawns. The prawns were just warm and the tempura was soggy and cold. They went in the bin. My wife’s starter was ok, so she ate that. My mains fried ginger chicken was very good, clearly freshly prepared. My wife’s main, a Pad Thai chicken was barely warm and that went in to the bin too. I thought it would be fair to contact the restaurant directly to give them a chance to comment before I responded to the request for feedback. I’ve heard nothing from them. I don’t like giving negative feedback but feel I hav3 no choice.
